Quick answers before you book
How does pickup work?
Book a two-hour window online or on WhatsApp. A Zenlo rider in a navy polo with photo ID collects your bag, weighs it at your door when pricing is by weight, and tags every piece before it leaves.
How long does an order take?
Standard wash & fold and wash & iron are back in about 24 hours. Express wash options are 12 hours. Ironing booked before 10am can return the same evening. Dry cleaning is about 48 hours; shoes and home textiles about 72 hours.
How is pricing calculated?
Wash & Fold and Wash & Iron are priced by weight — weighed on a digital scale at your door before anything leaves. Dry cleaning, ironing, shoes and household items are priced per piece from the rate card. Final pricing may vary based on garment, fabric and care requirements.
What items do you accept?
Everyday wear, dry-clean garments (suits, sarees, delicate weaves), shoes and bags, plus curtains, carpets and bedding. Tell us in the notes if something has heavy embroidery or special fabric so we route it correctly.
Do you offer express service?
Yes for wash & fold and wash & iron (12-hour option on the rate card). Dry cleaning and shoe or household work are hands-on processes — rushing them is how things get ruined, so those stay on their standard turnaround.
How do I track my order?
You get WhatsApp updates from pickup through packing. The final invoice lands on WhatsApp when the order is packed, before delivery.
What happens if my garment is damaged?
We photograph every bag at pickup and log each piece. If we damage or lose a garment we settle it, up to ₹5,000 per order, without asking for the original bill. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
